We are entering our 35th year as a full time custom processor
We are a full service, custom, venison processing location
We work closely with several taxidermists and every order is processed separately
We have plenty of refrigeration and freezer space, separate from our retail operation

We are a participant in the Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry program.  The venison donated through us makes its way to several Columbus food banks and soup kitchens.
We offer a wide variety of extras (charged separately) including: Summer Sausage, Peppperoni, Jerky, Smoked Bratwurst, Hot, Mild and Cheddar Cheese Snack Sticks, Smoked Back Legs (Hams).
We have also processed many other animals
Wild Boars (we treat it like a hog, smoking the bacon and hams)
Elk, Moose, Antelope, and many more
Wild Fish*:  Your catch can be brought in for smoking and packaging
Waterfowl*:  We do not fully process them.  However, we will cure and smoke anything you might desire.
Wild Turkey*: We can cure and smoke a fully dressed bird
*We are unable to defeather birds or clean fish
